Hello!

We are Ted and Tim, and we are now looking for new assistants to join our wonderful and dedicated assistant team. We provide assistance around the clock and work in a setup where we have two assistants each during the day and one assistant per person during the evening and night. We are very happy with our team, but we need a calm and harmonious environment around us.

We use wheelchairs and lead active lives, which means that you as an assistant need to appreciate both busy days and moments of recovery and coziness. We have an unusual diagnosis called Joubert syndrome. Sometimes it can become overwhelming for us, which can lead to outward behaviors or self-harm. Therefore, we are looking for someone with a calm and reassuring demeanor and experience in handling stressful situations – this helps us settle down faster.

Our assistants are very caring towards us, and before you start working, you will receive thorough training with shadowing. It is an advantage if you have a driver's license, and it is important that you are not allergic to fur.

PS. There is a strict no-smoking policy here, which our manager is very particular about.

We are now looking for 1–2 assistants who can start as hourly employees immediately, with the possibility to substitute during the summer. Our clients primarily prefer male applicants, as this has proven to work best in daily operations. 

Personal chemistry is crucial, and we place great importance on you being calm, stable, and loyal. These qualities are essential for creating security and for meeting our needs in a respectful and professional manner.

Working hours vary with active time around the clock. The working hours are scheduled between 7-17, 9-22, and 22-07.
